Exchange and Return Policies
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece of JHOP and we ensure it is inspected for any defects before they are packed to reach you. However as fellow humans we are not 100% perfect as we wish to be and we also do understand the hassle that goes behind getting the perfect fit. In such cases we would love to help you get that perfect outfit you deserve.
EXCHANGE:
Your order is eligible for exchanges if -
- An incorrect order was sent to you
- You need a different size
Procedure for exchange -
- Within 3 days of receiving the shipment, write to us at contact@jhopindia.com mentioning your order number and reason for exchange/return.
- Our team will get back to you in a day or two and ask you to send us the product to be exchanged (address will be shared over email when you raise the return request)
- Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the exchanged garment to you will be borne by us.
- The product to be exchanged must be dispatched to us within 3 days of acceptance of exchange.
- Please note that products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time.
RETURNS :
We do not have a return policy and do not issue any refunds unless the product received has a defect. Incase of a defect, if we have the same product in stock, we arrange for the pick up of the defective product and delivery of a fresh product to you immediately. If we don't have the same product in stock, we issue a refund in the form of Discount credits for the amount of purchased excluding shipping charges that has a validity of up to 6 months .

- Products purchased on sale and products that are customized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Pieces to be exchanged or returned will only be accepted AFTER discussing the same on mail. Any outfits sent to us without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted.
