Q: What do I do if I am unsure of the size/ fit ?
A: The size chart on the product page mentions body measurements. The garment measurements may differ from the body measurements depending on the silhouette. In case of any doubts regarding the garment measurement, our chat support can help you, or you can reach out to us at contact@jhopindia.com or 9921158595.
Q: What size do I choose if my measurements fall between two sizes?
A: For a fitted dress, choose the bigger size. For a flared dress, we suggest you opt for the smaller size.
Q: How do I change product details or delivery address?
A: In case of any changes in your order, please mail us at contact@jhopindia.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Q: Is it possible to customize my order ?
A: Most of our clothes are pre-stitched and cannot be customized unless the clothes are still in production/ it is mentioned in the description. However we encourage you to write to us at contact@jhopindia.com if you require any minor changes like attaching a sleeve/altering length etc and it will be considered subjected to the availability of material, alteration charges etc..
